THE LINES OFF…?
... and would you like a bit of sea?
Captain Huch, the most good-natured pirate in the seven seas, has dropped anchor. Last time.
His "sea"-cedes,which he also christened “Sin(g)kis Kahn” on his own initiative(because in the worst case it could sink - but above all, because you're on itcould sing so beautifully like a hurricane – )is now thawed and lashed in the home port and is bobbing along.
With him he hadold captains everywhere where really smart, fearless and singing-loving irregulars, petty kosars and trouser matzos had been waiting for him with a wink. They immediately became a pack when the old captain started singing like a hurricane:
Sister brother! – Ao now, to the oars!
We row against each other –pull up the anchor chain...
The old captain had hurricane-like songs on board, because instead of fame, the good captain had hot music in his blood:Original, peppery rhythms and melodies that not only appeal to pirate ears - Captain Huch on the guitar and his (mostly) wild pack in the hall ensured that.
Sometimes there was even pasta on board: Smutje “Ess-Meeralda” whistled, sang and cooked pastathrough the galley of the sea-cedes. She then handed it over to a wild sow's pirate roast! With ketchup, of course
Ketchup looks like real blood, and that's why it's good for us pirates....
But that's all a thing of the past: now the old captain is basking in the far too rare sunshine and enjoying his long-deserved pensioner existence along with his rubber duck. And of course he wants to say thank you!
Thanks to all the mermaids and edible crabs who had the wildest adventures out on the wide sea with him, Smutje, the pack and the pack - and of course his MEER-cedes! Ahoy!
